Shipping & Returns

Returns

As all items are shipped internationally from Ecuador, we unfortunately cannot accept returns due to the high costs of shipping and Ecuadorian customs.

Missing or Damaged Items

On small orders of $25 or less, we will reship at no cost if your items do not arrive within 4 weeks. For orders greater than $25 but under $50 in merchandise we will reimburse you the cost of any items damaged in transit. We do not reship for damaged items at our cost, but we will replace damaged items at no cost if the client agrees to pay shipping costs. Any damages must be first documented by digital photos within 24 hours of receipt of package for a refund. We will not be ilable for damages over $50. 

Shipping

We ship once a week on Fridays. Therefore, orders placed on Friday will not ship for 7 days. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Items can take as few as 5 business days or up to 20 days-4 weeks, so please allow ample time for shipping. If you need the item immediately, contact us about courier service.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Please allow us up to 5 business days to ship. If there is a longer delay you will be notified.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All items ship directly from Ecuador, so please be advised that you are paying international shipping rates, not domestic rates.

Items ship by weight, not volume. While pods may vary in size and shape, shipping rates are identical for all items. Shipping to North America incurs one rate schedule, to Europe another (slightly higher), and to the rest of the world a third rate schedule (highest). We have successfully shipped items with no customs issues to the following countries: Canada, USA, Japan, Great Britain, Italy, France, Russia, Denmark and other European countries. We can ship to Australia, but Australia maintains a quarantine system for our items often incurring lengthy delays. You are responsible for any customs, duties, delays or other issues in your country of destination, and we can not be held responsible for customs delays or other unforeseen delays if you need the items in a hurry.
