Shipping & Returns


Items ship from our fulfillment center in the US. We ship pods daily M-F, and we do our best to ship your items within 24 hours. If you order overnight, two day, or other expedited shipping your items will be given priority.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We make our best effort to provide proper documentation for international shipping.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. If there is a longer delay you will be notified. If one item is out of stock on your order but others are in stock, we will not ship until all items are in stock.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Items ship by weight, not volume. While pods may vary in size and shape, shipping rates are identical for all items. You are responsible for any customs, duties, delays or other issues in your country of destination if outside of the United States, and we can not be held responsible for customs delays or other unforeseen delays if you need the items in a hurry.

1 PM Eastern is our cutoff time for orders, so orders received after 1 pm Eastern will ship out the following day, overnight orders included. 

Regardless of shipping method chosen, if an order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our or the carrier's control, we will not be responible for delays and do not issue refunds for delayed packages. We are not responsible for package redirects, returns or delays due to inability to be present for receiving, or any other circumstances that might delay or prevent package delivery on your end. Any returns to our facility due to circumstances beyond our control will not incur additional fees; however, the cost of reshipping returned items will be billed to the customer if they wish to have the items reshipped due to a return beyond our control.



All domestic items can be returned. No returns for international orders. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns, taken off the full price of the items (any coupons or discounts used are not applied to the 15% restock fee).

You must notify us within 7 days of receipt that you would like to return the item and request a Return. Items must be in original packaging and undamaged. Once the item is received your account will be credited minus the 15% restocking fee.
